Overall good experience. I had a great experience purchasing a car this weekend at this dealership. From the moment I arrived I was greeted promptly by Javier who listened to what vehicles I was interested in viewing. He showed me some new models and then we went to check out the used a lot. He showed me some used models but then showed me some different options based on what I was looking for. We went for a test drive then sat to talk about numbers. This is the part about buying a car that gives me anxiety but the staff here treated me with absolute respect. Hicham got involved a little into the discussion and while he is very good at his job he respected my thoughts and even let me leave with a quote so I could go home and think about my options. I enjoyed the car and the staff so much we were back within the hour to make the purchase. My only gripe is that it took three days for me to actually get the car due to the inspection and detailing offices being closed and/or not getting to my vehicle. And now that I finally have the car I have to return this weekend for them to reset the radio as it does not currently work due to them changing the battery on the car and not resetting the radio then. Other than that, overly positive experience. Thank you! More
