We wanted to have our mechanic check the vehicles out and not only did Melinda agree to that she actually encouraged it. We chose a vehicle that checked out and the price agreement, paperwork and financing we handled very quickly and with no back and forth that dealerships have come to be known for. Great experience I was considering a new car purchase. I stopped in to see the Kia Sorento and test drive to see if I liked it. We took a test drive and I was pleased with hwo the vehicle drove. I was not sure if I was ready to buy that day but decided to hear what they had to offer. Returned My Vehicle Long story short, I recently bought (and returned) a vehicle to Kia East Orlando. My sales person was Ashley and she was very knowledgeable about the Long story short, I recently bought (and returned) a vehicle to Kia East Orlando. My sales person was Ashley and she was very knowledgeable about the actual specs of the vehicles on the lot. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima and signed the first part of the contract for that car and took a photo of the paper. When I went back to the finance office, the paperwork had been switched to a "test drive model" of the same car so that they could make more money on it without my knowledge. After I was done and complained that the car was different, the finance officer "Sekula" said, "the car is yours and you signed for it, nobody held a gun to your head a made you." When I said the vin number on the car had changed from the original contract I signed, I was informed that the "original document had been thrown away"....luckily I had taken a photo of that paper and showed them that they did a bait and switch on the car and they eventually agreed to take the car back and void my contract. So obviously my experience wasnt very good and I dont recommend them. More
