I brought my car in for an oil change. Never received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. I called, no answer. I texted my advisor, no answer. I came to the dealership, my car was ready, the receptionist had to find my paperwork, get approval for my coupon from Josh (who was my advisor who never called). There was a car blocking my car. I had to find my car. I am done. This is my 4th Kia and 3rd we purchased from Greenway Kia. It will be our last. More
