I had mixed feelings about my experience with Greenway Kia East. Salah in the finance department was fantastic—efficient and professional. However, the vehicle I purchased had a significant issue (a bent Kia East. Salah in the finance department was fantastic—efficient and professional. However, the vehicle I purchased had a significant issue (a bent radar sensor affecting adaptive cruise control) that wasn’t disclosed before the sale. Attempts to resolve this with the salesman were ignored, leaving me disappointed with their post-sale customer service. Transparency and better support would have made this experience much better. I didn’t think much of it and tried to let it up but it would not go all the way. I pulled back into the service area wondering why the window would be doing this after an oil change. The service guy without explanation offered for me to bring it back for him to take a look. I still am confused about what happened to my window when I came in for an oil change. I believe my vehicle was tampered with due to my reporting of a bad experience with the dealership selling me a vehicle. More
