Service team is courteous and the techs do a professional job, every time. But several weeks ago I was told that parts had been ordered to repair my jammed sunroof. Came for oil change and scheduling wasn't done. Dealership does not seem to have the capacity to handle what appears to be a manufacturing defect. More

Took my 2023 K5 in for a software update and have them change a loose rear right chrome trim which they ordered the wrong part /wasted half of a day.
