Beware, My salesman Carlos was top notch and very helpful. After you wait an hour and a half to see a finance manager, everything goes downhill from there. I had a BOA approved finance and they decided to go with CapitolOne At a higher rate and a 60 month payment rather than the 48 month I requested. I should have walked away at that point so the blame is on me. Just a heads up if you decide to shop here, know Well ahead to make sure you are getting What you want with the finance end. I haven’t purchased a car in 12 years so I was a little rusty and made poor decisions myself. Just beware! Again kudos and thanks to Carlos my salesman. More

Have brought my car in 3 times now with no resolution. Most recently they had it for 2 days without even updating me, just to find out they weren’t even working on it since they had to order a piece. I have been there before and had great service but this last time was not so great. I had made an appointment a week prior to have some repairs done due to damage from my car being stolen. The parts nee last time was not so great. I had made an appointment a week prior to have some repairs done due to damage from my car being stolen. The parts needed was listed in system (I had been there before for an estimate). The person who made the appointment also informed me about a recall and said that would be taken care of that day as well . I got to appointment early Saturday morning and was informed that parts needed were not ordered and also did not have the parts for the recall. I had taken the day off from work to have this done so I am very disappointed. The man that was there on the day of my appointment was really nice. I do not remember his name. He was not the one who scheduled the appointment originally. More
