Bought my Kia and paid $1500. 00 for extended warranty and maintenance service..Called numerous times to get paperwork for it so I know what coverage I have so I wasn't paying my c 00 for extended warranty and maintenance service..Called numerous times to get paperwork for it so I know what coverage I have so I wasn't paying my car insurance company for things that were already covered by the warranty or maintenance plan. Even after all the messages I left I never received a call back .I even requested to speak with management but they or the sales department would not call me back..A year later my car won't start so I call them again..After several more calls and conversations with numerous people they tell me I have roadside assistance..I go online to request roadside assistance and the phone # and web address they gave me were worthless..After hours online and on the phone I finally find help. So they come and charge my battery (new) and I go straight to the dealer. After sitting there all day they tell me they fixed not 1, not 2 but 3 RECALLS on this Kia Sportage (SUV) (2023). They also tell me my battery Is fine, I must have left a light on (,not the case) This vehicle turns your lights off automatically if you forget to..This is the first Kia I have bought and it will be the last. They have alot to learn about customer service and apparently about building a good car. More

I like that they help you with making sure you vehicle is at it’s best. I don’t like when I’m sitting waiting for my car and salesmen come bothering me.
