I bought this car brand new 2 months ago They changed my car oil and I told service guy hey my car shaking he said ok after 2 hr laters he told me your car no shaking I said again my car shaking and he told car oil and I told service guy hey my car shaking he said ok after 2 hr laters he told me your car no shaking I said again my car shaking and he told me we did tire rotation I said ok and I check service report paper they didn't! I told guy again where tire rotation who did ? He said ok sorry and they took my car again and I waited almost 2 hr again he told me they did tire rotation but I'm not believe because my car still shaking! Brand new car this is unbelievable!! More

Took 4 hours. For something I was told would be 1 hour. When I saw them not take my car back until almost 3 hours into appointment. No communication.
