Shop fees & document storage fees should be more transparent & explained up front. There shouldn’t be sales tax on items outside of parts & labor. More

I have brought my car here a few times the people are always great however the service is terrible. After getting a diagnostic they did not find anything wrong and asked to keep an extra day to test agai always great however the service is terrible.
