Once the mechanics realized/decided what they were going to need to do to repair my car, everything was done very quick, in a timely manner. However, I feel like I should have been offered a courtesy vehicl to need to do to repair my car, everything was done very quick, in a timely manner. The service agent kept me informed, as well as I kept in touch with him, as far as what was going on with my vehicle.
