I bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid in November 30, 2024. Two weeks later, it gave an error when starting the car; there was no communication between the electrical system, and the car did nothing. I took the car to the dealership on December 24th, but they couldn't repair it. They told me they were going to contact the engineers in California. On January 2nd, I returned to the dealer because the car still had the defect. To my surprise, they told me they had fixed the error code. I explained that the vehicle continued with the error. They said that they had contacted the engineers and told me that they would call me with information today. I still have the same issue today, and they never call me. I recommend not buying a Kia, and certainly not at Greenway Kia. They have poor customer service and no understanding of what it means to offer a quality product. More

I brought my car in for an oil change, and the set advisor advised me that I had some recalls that needed to be done. So I got them done, but when I went home that evening, I noticed that my head ligh advisor advised me that I had some recalls that needed to be done. So I got them done, but when I went home that evening, I noticed that my head lights weren’t working, they were very dim, only the high beams we’re working, I am so disappointed about the outcome when I only went in for a oil change, and my head lights all of a sudden are not working properly. I definitely know that this is unacceptable especially when I have purchased 4 vehicles from your establishment. I spoke to the service manager Gina and all she tried to do is cover her tracks and state that she guarantees it was not their fault. I know and feel that instead of trying to make me pay a diagnosis fee of 200.00 dollars. She should have a least waive that fee found out what the problem was then if any charges, go from there. The customer service needs to improves, and the issues need to be handled accordingly. More
