I bring my car to get the tire steams replaced on Monday. I had an appointment with Josh but he wasn't there. The girl supposedly checked me in but she didn't. I went to get some coffee and was approached by 3 people who must of thought i was a homeless man. I talked to Shelby who had no appointment for me. She called Josh and he told her that I had one. It took 4 hours to replace the stems. All while people who came in after me come in and leave while I sat there waiting. They didn't even check in with me to update me. All the while I'm being bothered by salesmen wanting me to trade in my car. More

Customer service was horrible: Rude attitude, Nothing but excuses, Wouldn’t give updates on the status of the car, Gave general answers to my questions, Was very slow. I made an appointment for 845 and didn’t leave until 1225. The estimated time was an hour and a half. As I asked for updates, they kept saying they had a lot of appointments currently, a lot of cars in the lot, and that my car at the two hour mark was not even seen yet. The reason for the engine light was that the gas cap needed to be replaced. The fuel door no longer has a fuel door actuator so I have to open it manually; I cannot push the fuel door (allowing the actuator to open the door) to open the door. More
