Stay away Customer service reps rude. The dealership does not have enough personnel working on Saturday’s. It takes forever to get service performed I.e. 3 hour Customer service reps rude. The dealership does not have enough personnel working on Saturday’s. It takes forever to get service performed I.e. 3 hours for an oil change and if they through in a free car wash added another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I have recalls that they say it will take all day to preform ( for them) so now I need to find away to drop off my vehicle, even though Zi have an extended warranty that is suppose to provide a replacement vehicle. BTW the extended warranty is WORTHLESS More

I was told it would take about one and a half hour to complete but it actually took a little over 2 hours. It was ok with me as overall I was satisfied. They even had my car washed. More

Your service department is very professional and knowledgeab I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr a I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr and was called upon arrival of my Rio at their premises by Carlos Alejo. He asked me to explain the issue I had with it and that he would called me back. Later on that day after his thorough inspection, he explained that my steering wheel must have been in a lock mode and that's why my Rio wouldn't start up that morning. I was embarrassed and asked him if this has only happened to women and he said "no" he's had some men experience this lockmode on their steering wheels also. LOL. I now know what to do should this happened to me again. Thank you, Carlos Alejo. It was a frustrating moment not being able to turn on my car to head out to work but turned out to be a learning experience and super "funny' also. It's all good! Thanks, again Carlos!
