Brought my 2018 kia soul in for its 80k mile service. Was told it would be over 1 thousand dollars. Turns out I needed a new engine. The rear seats were folded down and dirt was in the cargo area. The bracket holding the battery in place was missing. something is moving around in the hood every time you open it and bird droppings were on the windows. A quick car wash would have been nice. Service on the vehicle was great but the presentation was bad. More

I bought a vehicle from Kia of Deland and the process was much more pleasant. They followed up and kept their word unlike Kia East. I am very disappointed. More
