I came for a warranty repair of my steering wheel and a recall repair as well as a software update. they also asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash which I said yes to. After about an hour, they came and told me the steering break is damage I did due to impact and not covered?! They wanted $583 to fix, which is more than a whole new steering column. so I said no to that and they said ok my car was ready to go. of course, not washed or anything ... never cease to be disappointed by Greenway service.
