This dealership was on point, I had a wonderful experience there.I went in for a electronic update and was on time. Miss Bishop had an answer for all my questions and she handled everything flawles experience there.I went in for a electronic update and was on time. Miss Bishop had an answer for all my questions and she handled everything flawlessly. While juggling 3 or 4 other customers. Nice, kind and cordial this woman is great candidate for general mgmt. No one was on me trying to get info from me to purchase a new car! All around professional people, and a good experience. Oh, it was not a "slow day" everyone was busy and on point. GREAT JOB SHELBY! 1. Told me car was available to see and showed up and no idea where car was 2. Came again next day and couldn’t test drive because car was in repair shop 3. Was told they would make it a cpo lite to close the deal after 2 hours of negotiation but they didn’t write it down. 5. Came to test drive the car a couple days later when it was ready and to close the deal and the car had oil leaks, coolant smell and a number of other issues. Fought me on repairs no the car and kept telling me it was as is and then agreed to fix the mechanical issues. 6. Showed up the next week to final test drive and close the deal and still a fresh oil leak was visible but was told the car was as is and it was not a cpo lite and they wouldn’t fix it. I said I’m not dropping $27k cash on a car with problems 7. The original promise of cpo lite was told would be the remainder of the vehicles manufacturer warranty even though he couldn’t provide any of the terms in writing and he didn’t get it approved by his manager as part of the deal so the manager kept saying the car was as is while I was under the impression it would have a warranty. 8. Offered me $14k for a trade in that dealerships are selling my car for $27k all day long. Not good business. Liam was great and bent over backwards every step of the way for the sale. Eric is a nice guy but made promises he couldn’t make about things he didn’t understand and then had no recollection of the terms of our deal a week later when the car was somewhat fixed and I inquired about why they went back on their word about it being cpo lite so the deal fell through. More
