This is my second service on a brand new Kia purchased at another Kia dealership. The pre-paid service plan has been difficult to navigate. Additionally, I feel like since I’m not paying outright for services, they’ve skipped over doing anything extra with a service. After purchasing $55,000+ car, I would’ve expected at a minimum a quick vacuum. This hasn’t been done on either of my services. Other than these points, the dealership is fine. Perhaps if you purchase a vehicle directly from them, they may offer some of these complimentary services on your car. More
