Got a car from there back in November and from the moment we started it was bad, the guy that was helping me made me a deal but I said to him I didn't wanna go get the car that day cuz it was gonna be dark a we started it was bad, the guy that was helping me made me a deal but I said to him I didn't wanna go get the car that day cuz it was gonna be dark at the time and I couldn't really see it, He said it was a one day deal only so I went all the way there from Daytona and even tho it was really dark the car had a dent, the guy that was helping me kept denying until the point I said I don't wanna buy the car anymore. After that a manager came to help me and he saw the dent right away he told me they could fix it but I said Im not paying for a new car already with a dent. He said he was gonna find me another car which he did but after like 3 hour of me waiting there, at this point I was already tired and really didn't wanna buy from there any more, so the manager at the front desk told me not to worry he said go home, come tomorrow and for all the inconveniences he said he was gonna give me free tint for my windows which I said if it was something that he could like handwrite or something and all he said was that he was a men of his word that He would do it so I believe him and went ahead and got the car from them,but after I signed the papers and paid I saw that the car had a scratch, it was small but still brand new car with a scratch, anyway eventhing was done so they said they could fix it for me but thanksgiving was coming up so they said if would have to be after, I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear from them and then the holidays were coming up, so I wait till January to try again and for my surprise they stopped replying or taking my calls, finally I was able to talked to someone they took my information and told me that they were gonna contact me, and again never heard from them I really didn't wanna do this review cuz the car was perfect ( beside the scratches) but it's been 4 months and they just ghosted me. LEsson learned, they are all nice until the moment you paid after that everything changed More
