Noah helped me a lot getting my work done quicker so I could pick my grandchildren up from school. The young lady I mentioned in the first review was great getting parts in where the ball was dropped from could pick my grandchildren up from school. I don’t have an issue with Jennifer however I do have an issue with making an appointment and my vehicle is kept for the entire day. This has happened both times I brought my vehicle to this location. The S issue with making an appointment and my vehicle is kept for the entire day. This has happened both times I brought my vehicle to this location. The Service Manager was rude to me and I will not be bringing my vehicle back there. You guys can not handle the service for the volume of cars you attempt to service and we end up waiting for an unacceptable amount of time! More
