He kept me there until 9:30 PM to sell me a used car as "new"—his exact words. When daylight came, the car turned out to be full of dents and damage, and then he blamed me for the situation. After the second oil change, the impact damage appeared on the dust cover beneath the engine. The agent who assisted me quoted a price of around $2,500, plus another $300 for items not included—meaning nearly $3,000 in repairs that they refuse to fix. He claimed I must have driven over something, but common sense suggests it was a setup involving employees who no longer work there—employees he himself described as dishonest, claiming the dealership was "cleaning house." How can this be anything other than deception, fraud, lies, the theft of $8,000, and all the terrible things a manager might do behind his superiors' backs to avoid accountability? More

We had the worst experience with Cham and found her to be rude and unprofessional. She also was unable to answer basic questions and became annoyed that we were asking, telling a sales manager we were difficult because we were asking questions about the fees and paperwork, rather than just blindly agreeing to everything she said. We will never do business with a Greenway Kia again after our experience here with her. More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex in the Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, or not reaching the right person. When I finally got Alex on the phone, he tried to transfer me, but when it didn't work, he didn't just send me back through the system. He actually told me, "Give me a second," and walked over to the service department himself to make sure I got connected with someone who could help. What really stood out was that he didn't stop there. He followed up with me afterward to make sure my appointment was scheduled and everything was taken care of. Alex was friendly, genuine, patient, and just easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed and honestly made a frustrating situation so much easier. By the end of the call, it felt like I was talking to someone I'd known for years. Kia North is lucky to have him. Employees like Alex are hard to find.
