Awful, just awful and terrible. Would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here unless they want their time wasted and unless they want to live at the dealership. I'm not 1 month in with my vehicle and already been to the dealership over 7 times already. Sales man making me waste my time with the numbers, finance person tried to make me wait for over 2 hours for them, said they would detail the car and my child found some trash in the back pocket of the front seat, outside was extremely dirty as well, they clearly did the bare minimum and didn't do as promised. Two weeks after that another trip to the dealers. This time the wiper pump fluid wasn't working, car had a trembling in the mornings, some genius thought it would be a good idea to send me home with almost no coolant the day I purchased it. All this clearly nobody did the right thing nor in good faith. They wanted to charge me $320 for a new battery. I told them they had to replace it because I paid a good chunck for all these "certifications" and "CPO" and if it all that is true they are responsible for replacing. Today the wiper fluid is not coming out again. Whatever they doing they not doing it right. I'm begging them to please just do it right cause I would really love to not deal with them anymore. I ain't got time to be wasting at the dealership every weekend. Can someone please help me and do what's right? If not, just refund all the fees I paid that stated the vehicle's diagnostic and stuff and I'll gladly take it somewhere where they will take my time into consideration. More
