The customer service was inadequate to say the least. You kept my car over 3 weeks. Very little communication about why. When my husband couldn't straighten it out I had to turn around and come back to the dealership for them to do their job and look at the paperwork that said I had free oil changes left. The customer service manager promised me he will call me bac, because I was not satisfied with just him telling me you were sorry for all of the bad service I received. I told him to contact the general manager and that I wanted to speak with him that day. I have not heard back either one of them yet. The sad thing is when I bought the car I was lied to horribly. I finally got a meeting with the general manager after coming back making a scene multiple times for someone to hear me. From what I've seen from this dealership since I bought my car in 2020 that unless you make a scene you're not heard. This is unfortunate. If I didn't have the free oil changes I would never come to your dealership because of all the lies I've been told, the unprofessionalism and people not knowing their job. More

Kia service is terrible, I took my Kia Sportage in three times for the same issue. I advised each time of the issue and how to resolve to deaf ears, I was given a bandaid fix. This last service I had to speak in a stern voice to get my point across and advise of the issue with my 2023 Kia Sportage. My suv was kept for 4 days and I was told a loaner is not offered. This is my 5th Kia, in all my years of interacting with Kia, this by far is the worse customer service and dealership. I do not recommend them, when I’m ready to trade my vehicle I will take my business elsewhere. More
