They will outright lie! ACHRAF LAZAAR was my finance person. I wanted to walk out on the deal three times. First was because on the application for the loan they inflated my income 3x what I make. I refused to sign and was told by both finance and sales "not to worry they won't verify it"! I insisted they rewrite the app and their response was "I may not get the loan and if I did my interest would be through the roof". I didn't care. I wasn't going to lie. Second was I realized this CPO car had no warranty. So he tried to sell me their extended warranty which would make the car cost more than I wanted to spend. So then Achraf left and came back. He told me he spoke to the bank got my interest rate down and included the warranty for under what I was originally told the car would cost. When I asked what the out the door price was, I was given a number. Minus my $5,000 deposit, We were where I wanted to be on the loan. The next day when I went to check my thumb drive for the paperwork for the loan it wasn't even on it. I called and was informed that the deposit was given to sales and that had nothing to do with the numbers I had dscussed with Aschraf. Making my car 5,000 more than I was told it would be. SCAM ARTISTS! BUY ANYWHERE ELSE! More

Extremely disjointed staff with little interest in providing great customer service. There are a couple ppl who stuck out in regards to pleasant to interact with, but they were not managers. Their salesmen and service providers are incompetent. The first set of mechanics could not find the air leak in my tire. Then they incorrectly placed the oil filter when they changed my oil. One service appointment turned into 3 separate visits within 7 days. Also, the initial salesman said that he would schedule to have my windows tinted in June 2023. It is now November 1st and he has yet to successfully schedule to have my windows tinted even though I inquire about it often. Purchasing this new car from Greenway has been a horrible experience. I can’t believe I spent this much money to be treated so poorly. If I could do it again, I would never purchase from this dealer. More
