Highly impressed with this location as I had been going to a different greenway Kia and didn’t have good experiences with services on car. I felt shamed every question I asked at the other location. Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not replace it and and it was still under warranty Now on the purchase side I dealt with Nena she was awesome. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be. Each time I leave my Telluride for service, there is a delay. I call, no answer. Call again, transferred to service, they don’t pick up.
