Highly impressed with this location as I had been going to a different greenway Kia and didn’t have good experiences with services on car. I felt shamed every question I asked at the other location. Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be.
