Drove a smooth riding car in for a routine oil change & left driving a car that rides like there's a ton of rocks in my tires, it feels like I'm driving on a brick road and I have to keep my steering whee left driving a car that rides like there's a ton of rocks in my tires, it feels like I'm driving on a brick road and I have to keep my steering wheel far to the left to keep the car from veering left. I feel like the service department tampered with my tires to make me come back to get the alignment the Service Advisor tried to desperately sale me. I took my car to get a 2nd option regarding an alignment and it was confirmed that the tire thread and the veering of the car don't match and it appears to have been deliberately altered to escalate the need for an immediate alignment. More

They really cared about getting me an appointment that works for me. My only sadness is that I dropped my car off at 10:00 for a 10:30 appointment and it wasn't ready until 3:30 p.m. and when I got in t works for me.
