This was my 3rd time here and each time has been unacceptable an oil change and tire rotation takes 2.5 hours are you kidding me??? On top of the last two times they never reset the maintenance sch unacceptable an oil change and tire rotation takes 2.5 hours are you kidding me??? On top of the last two times they never reset the maintenance schedule I had to and had to figure out how to. The explanation why 2.5 hours because they had cars just show up for work to be done that’s why I scheduled an appointment so when I show up 15 minutes early anyone who just shows up has to wait till I’m done not the other way around, very disappointing service department. More
