I generally avoid writing negative reviews; however, my recent experience at Greenway was so concerning that I feel it is important to provide feedback for training and service improvement purposes. I scheduled a simple oil change at 10:30 AM, but the service was not completed until 5:25 PM—nearly seven hours later. For a routine maintenance request, this delay is unacceptable. In addition, I was charged $120, which is significantly higher than what other providers charge for a service that typically takes less than 30 minutes. The follow-up process was equally frustrating. Kia requires survey feedback for credit on oil changes, but the surveys were not sent or tracked correctly. Instead of receiving one accurate survey, I was sent three different ones, which created unnecessary confusion. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly for a routine service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve both customer service and operational efficiency so that future customers do not encounter the same issues More
