I had an 8:45 appointment didn’t leave until 1 pm. I was there so long I door dashed lunch. No one came over to let me know about the delay. Because this is the case for most individuals because the dealership doesn’t offer a loaner car while the vehicle is in for a service. I had to sit on the sales office side because of the overcrowded service sitting area and the salespersons should be aware of the language they are using or the conversations they are having amongst waiting customers.
