While the service employee kept me updated on my vehicle, it took 3 hours to complete my service request when I was told 1-1.5 hours. I had been waiting 6 months for this part to come in and I was disappoint it took 3 hours to complete my service request when I was told 1-1.5 hours. I had gone to get recalls done, and I swear I got the car back in worse condition than I brought it. Now my car makes noises, they left a tool on my headlight, and left random light bulbs in my car.
