Your service department is terrible, I tried three times to get my oil changed and three times I left without having it done. I have purchased three I repeat three vehicles from your location and I will not to get my oil changed and three times I left without having it done. Charged for unnecessary work twice, I asked them to put a note to prevent for that to happen again, and they said "that is your responsibility to tell us". I was lied to. Promised credit for diagnostics $300 but aside from completing my $4000 estimated repairs totally there, they wouldn’t even perform the oil change.
