Greenway Kia West is one of the most disappointing dealerships I’ve encountered, particularly their service department. While a few service advisors provide exceptional service, Elizabeth and Mark, th dealerships I’ve encountered, particularly their service department. While a few service advisors provide exceptional service, Elizabeth and Mark, the service manager, fall far short of customer-oriented professionalism. Mark comes across as hostile, and despite being there for two years, Elizabeth still lacks the expertise expected, leaving customers feeling taken advantage of. More

Worst experience ever! I have never been in A situation where I felt like I was begging to spend my money, up until this experience . The process took forever. To see so many people standing around and doing nothing was truly appalling. Having to ask three times if there was an extra key for the car that I was purchasing was incredibly frustrating. My last visit was extremely poor you had my car for a week and every time I called for update could never get Elizabeth on the phone and would not call back. Then when I did pick up my car she tells me t week and every time I called for update could never get Elizabeth on the phone and would not call back. Then when I did pick up my car she tells me there is a small oil leak in valve cover. One of the main reasons it was there in the first place. So NO I am not happy with your service this trip and will be looking elsewhere for a place to repair my car. Thanks for nothing More
