Came in for scheduled maintenance service by appointment. Was told about the recall so I opted to have it done since my car would already be there. Things happen, I know but I was made aware that the service Was told about the recall so I opted to have it done since my car would already be there. Things happen, I know but I was made aware that the service techs broke something on my car. I was offered a rental but the status of my car was never communicated to me. I always had to call or come to the dealership to find out what was going on. When I got my car back, the battery was completely dead. I had to end up getting a new battery. Yes, Kia did something to affect my battery. My car records. I saw them doing something with my battery at least twice… jumping it off or jumping another car off… not completely sure. I do know I had no issues with my battery before bringing it in. More
