I came to the service center on my only day off work with my 7 month old child because someone told me there was a recall on my engine and it was important I come in. When I get there I was told to take ever my 7 month old child because someone told me there was a recall on my engine and it was important I come in. When I get there I was told to take everything (car seat included) out of my car. The person I checked in with had no idea what I was there for and asked his boss. They had me sign 1 piece of paper and then put all my stuff back in the car and leave just to reschedule whenever the part for the car comes in. It was a complete waste of my time. More
