They did not communicate with me about my car. I had to call over and over to try to get ahold of anyone. They also quoted the repairs much higher and much worse than they actually were leading to denial from insurance about my claim. More

You guys supposedly did an inspection of the car. Said my windshield wipers and suspension were good. They both are not. I need to replace the struts and the e lower control arm.
