Vahid was great! I was in need of a used vehicle due to a major accident and I was without any personal means of transportation, but my budget was extremely limited. He saw that they had one vehicle very close to my price range, just a little over after taexes and fees would be added (he did the full cost estimate for me so I could see what my final cost would be, which was very nice). He was honest about the background of the vehicle since it was a used car, and told me that the radio system may not work due to the previous owner removing all the extra sound equipment that they had installed in the car, luckily when we took it for a test drive, the sound worked fine. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Vahid was very nice and helpful and drove me to my bank so that I could get a check written out. But the best part was that he was able to work with the price a little and get it down to just under my budget limit! It was a huge relief to be able to afford a car on the budget I had! Two people we know have bought KIAs recently and have said how much they liked them. Our four year old Nissan Pathfinder was a wonderful auto, but we wanted a new vehicle. The new Pathfinders were exactly like ours so we went looking at SUVs in general. Dropped in a KIA dealership and loved the Sorento SX's looks. We went to Orlando KIA West because the first KIA dealership only had one and it was black, not a good Florida color. Rick, our salesman, was our kind of salesperson-friendly, good sense of humor, not pushy, eager to please. Being close to our age was great. Rick found the one we were looking for in a color we liked. He gave us all the time we wanted to get to know the car. It seems extremely well made, rides great. Of course, getting to that final dollar figure can be stressfull, but he made it as easy and pleasant as I've seen it done. I've gone through the car buying experience many times and Rick has made it one of the better ones and I think we got a fair price. More
