First, they lost my Keats and I had to wait 45 minutes before they found the. Second, she lied to me. I attempted to open the hood to check everything out (because the last I was there, there was a half e before they found the. Second, she lied to me. I attempted to open the hood to check everything out (because the last I was there, there was a half eaten lunch in a bag under my hood when I noticed to noise on the way home). The hood would not open, so I told her and she said ' it must have been like that when you came in, we didn't even open the hood'. The work done required that the negative side of the battery had to be disconnected. Apparently she thinks people are stupid and don't know that. It took them an additional 30 minutes to get the hood open and fix the issue. Third, my electronics were screwed up ( clock unable to reset). Once again she told me that it must have been like that when I brought it in. I always take pictures of everything on my car when I go there for service because of my last experience, so I knew she was lying to me again! They had me wait another 2 and a half hours trying to g to fix the issue and stated that I would have to come back and they would have to do a factory reset. More
