I had the worst experience at this location. I dropped my vehicle off on Dec.11 and my service advisor never kept in touch with me about the diagnosis of my vehicle at all. I was catching rides I dropped my vehicle off on Dec.11 and my service advisor never kept in touch with me about the diagnosis of my vehicle at all. I was catching rides to and from work. When I did hear from hear I was that they need to replace my radiator fan was 1,400 dollars. After, that she told I need a thermostat. My car was ther for another 5 days 😪. I finally go pick up my car they charged me 3% for using my credit card. They pull car out it was dirty with a flat tire. Then they didn't wanna put air in the tire nor clean it. This is the worst location I've ever visited. More

Greenway Kia West does a solid job. Tony has been outstanding to work with and always returns my email communication. The schedule for service and repairs is always flexible.
