Frustrated I waited 5 hours for my car to be done that is unacceptable I do understand they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment but 5 hours is too long I I waited 5 hours for my car to be done that is unacceptable I do understand they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment but 5 hours is too long It was suppose to be be done by 1 pm that led till 2:30,3:15 and finally 3:45 so from 10:30am to 3:45 pm it messed up my plans with friends I was so frustrated and annoyed More

Customer service was good, can’t remember my helpers name, he was very professional. However, money was stolen from my vehicle. After services were rendered, my car was halfway washed, and I noticed that money was stolen from my vehicle. I brought it to the service attendant as well as the manager, whose name I can’t remember, but she was very helpful and understanding. The day started off good, however, after the money episode, I was very disappointed and would not return to this dealership again, especially knowing I can’t leave personal items in my own car. More
