I bought my car new at another KIA dealership I took my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my frr oil changes here but what I do get is Professional courtesy here. I had been taking my old car here since 2007 and never had a problem. Come to this KIA and ask for Tony. I won’t recommend coming back to facility. Workers are very clueless and do not communicate well with customers. And labor prices are extremely high for little to know real work. This experience. Service manager M. Foster rude. My 1st time speaking with him in the 1st 2mins he was rude. I drove my car to Kia for a recall 1hr Service. And 32 da Service manager M. Foster rude.
