Service of vehicle I had forgotten my appointment was at 9:30 And by the time I realized that it was about 9:40 So I headed that way and called ahead to make sure it w I had forgotten my appointment was at 9:30 And by the time I realized that it was about 9:40 So I headed that way and called ahead to make sure it was ok to still come. One person said they normally give 15 minutes grace, then after talking to Tony my service advisor he said bring it on in even though I was going to be about 25 minutes past appointment. Horrible My car was towed there yesterday never got a call about the issue. After the 100th call someone hung up on me then said i was gonna call you but the p My car was towed there yesterday never got a call about the issue. After the 100th call someone hung up on me then said i was gonna call you but the phones weren't working. I had already spoken to someone that morning so how was the phones not working. Car had already been there almost 24hrs with no call. I had to keep calling. Tony never acknowledged me my husband had to come in and they acknowledged him like he wasn't even with me. More
