The communication system is archaic. I called in the morning to ask about my car and they told me my representative was not in until the afternoon. Tony in the Service Department was SUPERIOR and kept me advised on the status of my vehicle throughout the Service. When the Service Tech was having an issue with putting my tire back on after the repair, advised on the status of my vehicle throughout the Service.
