I took my wife’s Kia soul in for the 10,000 mile service I dealt with Ray at the counter which he was great and everything appeared to be OK but the next day after my oil change, I was driving the vehicle a I dealt with Ray at the counter which he was great and everything appeared to be OK but the next day after my oil change, I was driving the vehicle and I got a low oil warning on the dash I called the dealership was unable to speak with anyone so I left a message for Ray to call me about this matter but no one ever called me back. This is a brand new vehicle and I could not afford to allow the motor to blow up Due to low oil so I ended up having to take it somewhere else and it turned out that it was a little over a quart of oil, low more importantly, I wanted to make sure that it was not leaking out and it was due to loose oil drain plug. It appears that whoever was doing the oil change Was just not paying attention and also did not fill it to the appropriate level. Needless to say I will have to find a different dealership for any future service to this vehicle. More
