This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Brought my daughter’s car in, only 50,000 miles, because caution lights were on. Service said it was the sensor in the back tire a with a dealership. Brought my daughter’s car in, only 50,000 miles, because caution lights were on. Service said it was the sensor in the back tire and replaced it. Called us and said, no, that wasn’t it and it was the wiring harness, again that wasn’t it, called again and said it was the HECU. Paid over $7000 and they had my car for 2 weeks. The communication with the entire dealership is horrific as they do not call to give updates, The service manager and service advisors are beyond unprofessional and forget about trying to speak with the GM, he is nonexistent, does not return phone calls and is never at the dealership. On top of all of this while driving home after picking the car up, we put the wipers on to find the negative battery piece connected to the drivers side, which scratched the windshield. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. More

The reception at the Service Department was prompt and courteous. Ashley was attentive and kept me informed of the progress as I waited for a tire repair issue. There was some delay but Ashley explained courteous. Ashley was attentive and kept me informed of the progress as I waited for a tire repair issue. There was some delay but Ashley explained that being related to a number of people ahead of me. The GM of Lia Greenways came by to thank me personally for my business remembering me from my new car purchase last November. He introduced me to the Service Manager who was equally welcoming. The person that took care of me and my wife from start to finish, Jason Hendrix, even came by and spent time with me coaching me up on a few features of my new 2025 Telluride. FANTASTIC support from Jason! Highly recommend this dealership and associates for the quality of service and value. More

Sold me a protection package I did not want and expressly refused. Then lied and said it could not be cancelled (I contacted the company and they sent the cancellation to the dealer who refused to process it refused. Also gave me the WRONG CAR that I drove for a week without knowing it (improperly registered and insured) Avoid them at all cost. More
