I still haven't received my paperwork from the deal I signed. I was told it would be sent to me via email and I have reached out 3 different times and I haven t got anything back. She worked out a deal that made me choose there instead of Southside Kia and once got there I was told that the OTD on the car the sales manager didn't use the right numbers and that the OTD price actually turned out to be $4k more then what was agreed upon. I am looking at buying at least 2 more vehicles and will probably look at different dealerships based on my experience. More

Overall I had a good experience. JayMichael was my sales rep. When I first arrived I was upset as another dealer had mislead me on a vehicle and they had one similar to what I was lo JayMichael was my sales rep. When I first arrived I was upset as another dealer had mislead me on a vehicle and they had one similar to what I was looking for, at a much higher price. He took my offer and presented it to his sales manager. He then worked with me back and forth to not pay a penny more than I was willing to offer. Overall was a good experience. My only feedback would be is he had another appointment for another sale. Having been in sales myself, totally get it, but he left me hanging while he was trying to help another guest. One of his coworkers was supposed to help tag team the sales, but left him hanging. Which in turn left me waiting around extra time I didn't need to for financing and the vehicle never was washed prior to delivery. Was not a deal breaker, because I got a killer deal on the price, but would have liked to have had the sales rep available throughout the entire process, not while he was juggling. Nevertheless, they were fair on price, the biggest thing I cared about. More
