The service desk was amazing- we worked to get me in, get a tire, let me flop back and forth between a patch, and let me land on a tire. Whoever moved my seat forward, adjusted the settings on my seat, moved my steering wheel, mirrors, and rear view mirror get an absolute zero. I totally understand you need to move the car but this is pretty ludicrous. Next time I will use valet mode- which is a shame I have to do that. More
