Outstanding experience. Just purchased a new KIA Telluride and the entire process was great. The salesman, Jamarius Jackson (JJ) was top-notch. We went in with a list we put together off of the website of used and new vehicles to look at. He literally knew where each one was on the lot and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the various features on the different models. He put zero pressure on us - we went in to buy used and decided on our own to buy new. We didn't feel any pressure to finance with them (although we did), to get it that day or to take something we didn't 100% want. They have a great product, so it was easy, but really nice to have a low-key, personalized experience. Also got great help from the manager Wayne and finance director Victor. When we went back to pick up the car, all the proper add-ons for that model were on/installed (roof rack, upgraded floor mats, etc.). They just did a fantastic job throughout and we feel confident the service side will pay as much attention to detail as the sales side of the dealership. Please note - we have not taken the car in for any service yet, but they did a great job of getting it all sparkly and ready to go after we bought it. More
