Chris took in my Kia near the end of the worst ice storm in this century ! Helped Enterprise get a rental for us, even though my KIA would be done later that day. What Chris didn't know is that my husband's in this century ! Helped Enterprise get a rental for us, even though my KIA would be done later that day. What Chris didn't know is that my husband's father had passed away and he needed to get to Clarksville from Antioch that day in a matter of hours He made it, with that rental from Enterprise, that Chris made sure we received quickly! If he had driven the kia with brakes that started making those terrible sounds one day after a trip to see his father before he passed , and too late to get it to Greenway before the historic ice storm hit. It is in the realm of possibilities that they saved our KIA and my husband from serious injury or worse ( don't want to think about that) Thank you Christopher Wilson ( senior advisor w/ Greenway Kia at Hickory Hollow It goes to show what an Excellent Customer Service Company like Greenway at Hickory Hollow and young men like Chris can make a lasting meaningful experience for these Seniors.
