I already had a used car that I was pretty sure I was going to buy at a different dealership, but thought I'd check Universal Kia before I finalized my decision. Im glad I did. My salesman Hal was awesome. I went in and told him I was looking for a reliable SUV and what my budget was. I had a very strict, low budget but Hal tried so hard to get as close to my budget as possible. I definitely presented him with a challenge. He showed me a couple different used vehicles and I test drove a couple. I did not feel pressured at all and Hal was very honest with me through the whole process. He did not try to upsell me but showed me options that included on budget, and slightly over budget. The entire process was easy and stress free. In the end, I settled on a used SUV that I LOVE. It is clean and drives like new. Just by looking at it, it doesn't look used at all. I left that day with a used vehicle with NO down payment (which no other dealership could do) and reasonable loan terms, and got the vehicle several thousand below KBB and MRP value. I definitely recommend this dealership. If you go there, ask for Hal. He was the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with!! More

Moe a new financial guy was very nice, but at that time we thought my title I was trading in was an AND with my ex-husband and he said I needed a copy of my divorce decree. Once found the title was OR and I dropped it off the next day with everyone telling me I didn't need anything else, I get a voice mail the next day from Moe stating I needed the divorce decree and he was a bit rude in his message. I left him a message stating the above and that I was under the assumption that now I don't need a divorce decree because the title states OR, but if he still needs one, to let me know,. I never heard back from him, so I'm guessing all is well., More

He also kept talking over me and ignoring me. I had no such issues at Universal Kia. I went in with my list of what I wanted, pointed out the exact car on the lot I'd already looked up online, and the price I was given. Hal never once tried to talk me into something else. In a bit over an hour I had the purchase agreement in my hands and the friendly banter and conversation we had while wading through the paperwork left me in a good mood. More
