The moment I bought the car, to each time I need the oil changed, tires rotated etc. It is handled with a smile, friendliness and the up-most professionalism! I am constantly getting coupons in the mail so it never feels like " The Service Staff “ is looking for a problem or my wallet Jonathan always ask about myself and family he makes me laugh every time I am there. They always ask if I'd like to wait in the "Lounge" and checks on me twice each time to ask "If I am comfortable or need something?" It’s fast and friendly! If there is any problem with my car, which is seldom ,"Except for nails in the road" Jonathon says “Bring it by and we'll fix you up!” If I was Ed Mcmahon they would get "4 stars". I couldn't not be happier with the employees that work at Carnival Kia in Hickory Hollow. More

Horrible by far the WORST experience i have ever had in service! This man was very rude to me and my husband also making rude comments about my husbands Chevy truck we came in for my sorento not his truck, service!
