My daughter (who resides in NC) recently lost her father (who resided in WI) and we traveled to WI to be with her and help her through the ordeal. After which we returned to our home in Nashville, bringing (who resided in WI) and we traveled to WI to be with her and help her through the ordeal. While we were in WI we took her to a KIA Dealer there to inquire about purchasing a new car, that was a complete disaster as they were not the most pleasant people to try to work with. I had a business card with me that had been given to me at the Rivergate KIA when there to have the oil change in my car, the name on the card was Virgil Avery (highly recommend to me). We took that card and telephoned him from WI, told him of the situation (the desperate need for a new, safer car for my daughter), what she was looking for and what she would be able to afford to pay for it as she didn't want to do financing. Virgil went above and beyond and found a vehicle for her for a price she could afford. Virgil and the entire staff were more that just salesman and employee's, they treated us all like family. Their support and concern for her at this difficult time was amazing and everything they did for her to help her purchase this car was outstanding. I knew from past experiences what a great dealership KIA Rivergate was, but I never anticipated this type of service. They give customer service a whole new meaning. I can't thank Virgil Avery and the entire staff of KIA Rivergate enough. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car, the brand name KIA stands for it's self as it is a top performing vehicle, but the customer service is like none other! I myself will always do my business with KIA of Rivergate! Thank you for everything, you made a young girl extremely happy and given this mother great comfort in knowing her daughter is in a safer car, a 2012 KIA Forte. More

The service I received is outstanding and the timeline he gave as to the completion of the work was right on target! I won't ever take my 2011 KIA Forte any where else to be serviced for any reason. Bought a Q-certified 2005 Mercury on Aug 13. Its headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and sa headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and said I expected working headlights, planned to wirte the Chamber of Commerce about my experience with him, and invited him to provide a functioning part at no cost. He said he needed to talk to his boss. I called back on 9/10, and he had no word. At close of business 9/12, still no word. I bought this "$500" part, with a lifetime warranty, priority shipping included, for $190. Avery's business card reads "I can help!!!" I guess he uses a dictionary I don't. More
We are very satisfied. We were in the Madison,TN area & stopped in the KIA dealership to have our first 3,000 mile checkup & oil change. This was the most pleasant care buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, helpful and NO pressure. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately,a faulty senser. Also an oil change was needed at this time. The waiting time estimate was correct and the bill was accurate.
