Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020 Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done for her t Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done for her to see what was wrong with the AC. Wife shows up at the dealership & they asked her if she was dropping off the vehicle. She asked how long it would take to have the diagnostic done on the AC. Service person said it will be a week before they can even get the vehicle in to run the diagnostic test. We are will not be taking our vehicle to back to Greenwood Ford or buying anything from them if this is how service will be from them. Was told one thing on the phone and then a different thing in person. They didn't even offer a vehicle because they would have my wife's Expedition for a week before they could even look at the problem. Don't recommend taking or buying from Greenwood ever. More
On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at Greenwood Ford for some minor Collison repairs. My experience with this has been very unpleasant. On February 7th, 2024, I was told by Cliff that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I noticed there were missing parts and I detected flat spots on my tires from the negligence of this facility. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. After reviewing the situation, he stated that my tires were a result of suspension issue. As a result, they were not willing to cover any cost associated with replacing the tires. According to Greenwood Ford’s website, the service technicians are “Highly trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs”. If my vehicle had a suspension issues, why was this not brought to my attention during my regular scheduled maintenance or my multi point inspections. All of which have been conducted at Greenwood Ford since I purchased the truck in April of 2022. On Saturday Feb 25th, 2024 I had to purchase new tires. The cost of those tires were $1646.69. This could have been easily avoided if your “Highly trained technicians” took care of my truck while it was in their possession. I urge you to avoid this dealer ship and any dealership that operates under Renshaw Auto Group. More
Dishonest. & had the paper work wrong. the sales person didn’t do his job right. Now I am stuck being primary on the loan. Service department let me down. I went to the dealer to confirm a seal was leaking and could be repaired. I spoke with service person and a mechanic. It is not possible to make an appointment so I confirmed the best day to bring it in. Had the truck there at opening with expectations of picking it up that evening. I tried to confirm it was completed throughout the day but could not reach anyone by phone. I live 25 miles away so took off early to get there in time to pick it up 30 minutes before closing. It took 30 minutes to figure out my truck had not been touched. They had to call the mechanic at home. They offered to let me leave it another day but at this point I had no other way to get to work. I took it home, called HUNT FORD in Franklin KY, they worked me in and had it completed in 2 hours. Great service at that location. At this time I have no plans to return to Greenwood Ford to purchase or service. More
Please do your research, this dealership will tell you what you want to hear to sell a vehicle but when it comes to service and Fords inability to take ownership for faulty parts and warranties, they will what you want to hear to sell a vehicle but when it comes to service and Fords inability to take ownership for faulty parts and warranties, they will treat you like you filth including executive leadership. And, they will not fix the problem. More
All though the personnel were nice, I believe they tried to sell me product that was not needed. Once they learned that I was from Michigan and not able to leave my car for days, and that i had full mainte to sell me product that was not needed. Once they learned that I was from Michigan and not able to leave my car for days, and that i had full maintenance coverage through Ford, they miraculously fixed the issue within minutes. When I arrived back in Michigan, I immediately had the vehicle inspected by my local Ford dealer only to learn that the problem diagnosed by Greenwood did not exist at all. I would not recommend Greenwood to anyone!! More
