Not the most honest dealer. Refused to do warranty work, diagnosed and ordered parts but it’s warranty and pays them less so I’m refused. Ford motor company and their dealerships are some of the most dishon diagnosed and ordered parts but it’s warranty and pays them less so I’m refused. Ford motor company and their dealerships are some of the most dishonest I’ve ever encountered. Dropped the truck off only to be called to come get it that they refuse to service. They will most diagnose it if it’s to time consuming and willingly let your vehicle fall apart. And out of them all, Glen the assistant GM is most likely the worse. I’ve never owned a Chevy but am certainly never buying another Ford. Warranty on it ain’t worth the paper it’s printed by extended service plan it’s just a headache More

Service centrr I took my car in for an oil change, they broke 2 studs rotating my tires. They offered to fix it, if I wanted to bring my car back on a different day. I took my car in for an oil change, they broke 2 studs rotating my tires. They offered to fix it, if I wanted to bring my car back on a different day. They are the ones who had rotated my tires previously, so any cross threading or over tightening would have been done by their employees. I work out of my vehicle, I need service done correctly on the first attempt. More
