Charged w/tradein deducted and before interest May 2022 $38,482.93 for 2019 Ford Explorer XLT lots of damage outside blood splattered on 3 seats said no, told to late before I even signed. They hired a company to come in and sell their cars on a big sale they were having. Made it look like they were giving away a new car. Went in with Pre-approval for $46,000 from Capital One. They ran my credit through 15 different furnace places and I didn’t know until later. I even gave them the paperwork from Capital One. They destroyed my credit. I had my car keys on the table the salesman took them and refused to give them back. I kept telling him I didn’t want the 2019 Explorer because there was too much damage inside and out. Lots of damage. He had me sign a paper that he said was for Capital One just one paper. Then when I tell him I don’t want it over and over he tells me it’s too late paper already signed. My ex was there with me buying a car from the same guy. But I was doing this on my own and they took advantage of me and lied and lied. At one point I saw the salesman get angry and I was scared. He refused to give me my keys. I was there for over 7 hours. He also stole my and my ex’s bank information and later charged stuff on our bank cards. We had our separate bank accounts. To top it all off I was charged more than a brand new 2019 Ford Explorer XLT would have been in 2019 in 2022. I was charged over $15,000 and that one’s in good condition and low mileage. The one I was sold had a lot of damage. Also I kept asking for a copy of the Carfax. He said he had it but would not give it to me. I asked several times and I asked has it had ever been wrecked. He told me NO!! Well after I got home with this car I was forced to buy and taken advantage of he emailed me the carfax and sure enough had been in a wreck another lie. More

Would not recommend them, regret trading in my truck and buying a vehicle that has been nothing but a headache and always in the shop. Transmission issues, entertainment problems, day running lights not working right since I got it but that’s normal I have been told by the service manager, radio quit working, wish shield wipers car fax shows this is a ongoing issue since before I bought it, catalytic converter went out, transmission issues again. They say they will make it right and I literally have not seen that. Lied too we will make it right I went in and found out making it right was adding onto my new loan $20,000 for a vehicle I literally lost the $20,000 in since May and that was as told to me in November/December I wish I had my truck and I did try to get it back in October after multiple issues. Long story short after my vehicle was back in there again just one day short of 2 weeks nothing fixed it is now at another dealership getting looked at. have contacted Ford to make this right and praying they do. I picked my 2020 Ford Expedition tonight and dropped it off to Hunter Ford In Marion. Hoping to get it fixed and fixed right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Greg Hubler to anyone or would I Ever buy a vehicle from Greg Hubler again. Word of mouth travels and I know a lot of people. Sad thing is no one knows what I even drive because I have not drove my vehicle I bought in May for long periods of time. I am making the big payments and it’s frustrating. Buyers beware, check BBB I wish I would have. They have a B- rating for a reason. Wish I would have definitely done my research first. They have trouble keeping employees too, the salesperson gone weeks after, the manager, even the sales manager that was really helping me. I don’t understand how they are still in business. Treat others how you want to be treated. More
